We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details, and we will provide return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, along with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Items that have been used, damaged due to misuse, or returned outside the 30-day window may not be eligible for a refund.
